At Charlotte's Footwear, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of shoes we offer. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your shoes to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. (Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of ordering.)

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging.

Process:
To start a return, please email us at support@charlottes-footwear.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.

Refunds

Inspection:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing:
If your refund is approved, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds can vary.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your shoes for the same item, please email us at support@charlottes-footwear.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
